Listing Desk is billed monthly in advance. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription and have not used the service beyond account setup, contact hello@getlistingdesk.com for a full refund of that first payment. After the first 14 days, payments are non-refundable, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If annual billing is offered, the same 14-day policy applies to the first payment. After that, annual payments are non-refundable.
Email hello@getlistingdesk.com from your account email with the subject "Refund request." We respond within two business days.
Account suspensions or listing removals by Amazon or any marketplace, regulatory fines or penalties, or business outcomes of any kind. Listing Desk is a monitoring service; it does not guarantee any outcome.
